Winemaking :

Gentle pressing with a pneumatic press. Static settling for 12-48 hours.
Alcoholic fermentation at 18°C followed by malolactic fermentation.

Yield : 66 hL/ha Production volume : 8000

Ageing :

Aged on fine lees 100% in stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol content : 13% vol.
