Plot :

Pouilly Fuissé au vignerais is located in the commune of Solutré.
This 1er cru includes the cadastral areas of Les Vignerais and Les Crays,
which lie just below Les Vignerais.

Soil :

Soil composed of limestone with marl beds. Very chalky in depth.

In the vineyard :

Plot entirely ploughed. One pass with a pickaxe is made during summer
work. Harvested by hand.

Grape varieties : Chardonnay 100%.
Vineyard area : 0.23 ha
Average age of vines : 45 years

Winemaking :

Pressing in a pneumatic press for 2h00.
Press juices are set aside.

Static settling at 15°c for 12-24h.
Barrel filling and fermentation with indigenous yeasts.

Ageing :

Aged 11 months on fine lees in 1-year-old barrels.

Alcohol content : 13.3% vol.
